A dependable crew

The on-site, English-speaking team is responsible for managing the building, registering the residences and accepting parcels – and above all saving you the stress of moving. Thanks to a laundry room, gym and security service, you are well looked after. If you prefer to be more independent, you can use the 24/7 self-check-in. The rental plan for the all-in rental can also be tailored to your needs. The Fixed, Limited and Flexible booking options vary in terms of contract duration and termination options – so whether you intend to be in Frankfurt for the long haul or the short haul or you have no idea how long you’ll be staying, HAVENS LIVING has the right plan for you.

Das Team ist englischsprachig und vor Ort, übernimmt das Hausmanagement, die Registrierung des Wohnsitzes oder die Paketannahme – und spart vor allem den Umzugsstress. Mit einem Wäscheraum, Gym und einem Security Service seid Ihr bestens umsorgt. Wer es unabhängiger mag, kann den 24/7 Self Check-in nutzen. Auch der Mietplan der All-in-Miete kann individuell gestaltet werden. Die Buchungsoptionen Fixed, Limited und Flexible variieren in Vertragslaufzeit und Kündigungsoptionen, je nachdem, wie sicher und lange Ihr in Frankfurt bleibt.

The apartment categories and design also offer three different and truly wonderful options for making HAVENS LIVING your home. ‘The Cozy’ exudes comfort and makes the most of a small space with plenty of functionality. ‘The Standard’ mixes practicality with comfort. And in ‘The Spacious’, you can spread out as much as you like. The apartments are furnished and come with a heavenly bed, modern bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Bose speakers, a Samsung Smart TV and a laptop-friendly workspace. And four-legged roommates are, of course, also very welcome!

Conceived with love and an eye for detail and available with exclusive designer furniture, they chime with the individual personalities of the residents. ‘Zen’ exudes serenity and calm; ‘Tech’ embodies modernity and a dynamic lifestyle (‘Tech’); and ‘Artist’ acts as a creative canvas for your own style. In 2024, HAVENS LIVING received the German Design Award in the ‘Outstanding Architecture – Interior Design’ category, meaning that they are now officially recognised for their good taste!
